Flowers for a year

The ultimate gift for the flower lover, each month for a full year we will send a beautiful fresh bouquet of seasonal flowers to your chosen value, professionally arranged and ready to enjoy. First bouquet will be delivered in a complimentary vase and the other 11 deliveries will be wrapped in brown kraft paper and tied with raffia. The recipient can phone or come in to the shop if they wish to choose their own flowers, or one of our fully trained florists will make a seasonal bouquet of their choice to send. Your gift message card will be sent with the first bouquet.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

*The bouquets will arrive around the same date each month. It may be necessary to delay, or advance the delivery day if it falls on a Sunday and a public or private holiday. I can provide an exact delivery date 1 month in advance on request of the recipient.
*We are happily flexible to take into account the recipients holidays etc. I cannot be held responsible for the recipient being away on delivery if I have not been informed, we will phone in advance each month to make sure they have no holidays etc booked, and if they have, will organise a suitable date as an alternative that month.
*Should the recipient wish to ‘skip’ 1 month due to holiday etc, I will deliver an extra large bouquet the following month, or two posy size if preferred. Skipped bouquets are always delivered in arrears.
*Cancellation and a part refund is possible in exceptional circumstances, such as bereavement or moving house too far for hand delivery. There is a £30 admin fee on all refunds to cover my banking costs. This amount is taken from the remaining balance.
*I reserve the right to discontinue the delivery service at all times, a refund will be issued to the purchaser on all unspent bouquets , no admin fee will be deducted if I cancel.
*Each bouquet has a value of £25, delivery is included free after your first delivery.
*In the unlikely event the recipient does not want the gift I am happy to transfer to another person free of charge.
*The delivery address must be within the BH Postcode. We cannot organise this for BH19 unfortunately unless an extra delivery charge of £10 per month is added for the ferry journey.
*I am unable to provide an exact delivery time, as a guide usually bouquets are delivered between 11am and 3pm.
*Bouquets are delivered to the same address each month as a default. Should the recipient wish to have the flowers delivered elsewhere please phone in good time to request a change within my area and I will try to assist.
